Big news… I landed a spot as the Active Lifestyles columnist for my university newspaper! I will be writing two blogs a week posted to the Collegian website.
Because of this new role, PH Healthy Life will be taking a small break. I will post links to my Collegian blogs here, so you can still keep up with healthy habits, but full on blog posts will be limited. Search through our existing archive of posts, try something new in the gym, and email us for any specific questions.
